JUNIOR ACCELERATION ALL SPORT or HOCKEY
(Program designed for athletes 8-10 yrs of age

  • Basic stride development (Running or Skating)
  • Proper technique and athletic habits
  • Unique agility and coordination drills
  • Fundamental strength development
  • Repetition to develop proper muscle memory

  GYM Membership (Ages 13+)

  • 3- Month commitment
  • Unlimited Access to all Strength Training Equipment
