The Ground Based Training Program is designed primarily for younger athletes, typically ages 8 thru 13. Participants learn proper running mechanics and one/two foot “motor” learning patterns to change direction, maintain balance, and improve coordination.
We offer 2 levels of Ground Based Training.

Level 1 is for the younger less experienced athlete. The emphasis for these kids is to build confidence in their abilities, teach them to run properly and address their overall fitness.
Level 2 is for the more developed young athlete where the intensity level of the workout is stepped up.
Our expert Strength and Conditioning Coaches guide the athletes through a systematic progression of exercises
designed to develop:
• Proper running mechanics
• One/Two foot motor learning patterns
• Coordination and balance
• Quickness and Agility
• Speed and Endurance
• Overall conditioning and flexibility
