:: The Athletes Edge Indoor Winter Baseball League kicks off
its 4thd season on Sunday February 4th. Others may try to copy it.... but this is the ORIGINAL WINTER LEAGUE!
Teams from area towns of Acton-Boxboro, Concord-Carlisle, Lincoln-Sudbury, Westford, Weston and more will compete for the AE Indoor Baseball Chanpionship.
We have 3 Divisions - HS Varsity, HS Jr. Varsity and Babe Ruth. This simulated game league features live pitching, catching and hitting with umpires calling balls and strikes.
Teams earn points for hitting and pitchers earn points for strikeouts. Teams of 6-10 players play 6 games on Sunday mornings from February 4th thru March 11th.
The cost per team is $700 and includes a gym membership for February and March for each player.
2004 Varsity Champions Concord-Carlise and Jr. Varsity Champions Lincoln-Sudbury will be defending their titles! If you wish to enter a team please give us a call. Slots fill up fast.
:: Congratulations to longtime Athletes Edge Athlete Nathan Sherr from Austin Prep HS. Nathan became the most prolific scorer in Massachusetts HS Football history by breaking the record of 575 points. Nathan did it in grand style, finishing the day with 223 rushing yards against Cardinal Spellman HS and 592 career points.

for being selected to the 2006 US Olympic Snowboard Team.

:: Congratulations to Athletes Edge Athlete Bobby Tarr from Bishop Fenwick HS. Bobby broke the school's scoring record with 132 points and 22 touchdowns on the season.
:: Congratulations to Athletes Edge Athlete Cassie Wagner from Acton-Boxboro HS. Cassie Wagner continues her scoring dominance again this year for Acton-Boxboro's Girls Varsity Soccer Team. Cassie was the Duel County League top scorer as a freshman last year and is repeated the feat again this year as she led the league with 22 goals and 8 assists.
:: Congratulations to longtime Athletes Edge Alyssa Jann from Westford Academy. Alyssa accepted a scholarship to play basketball for Colgate University. As she enters her final season for WA, Allyssa was named a Street and Smith pre-season All American and is a McDonalds All-American nominee.
:: Congratulations to the Concord-Carlisle Boys Varsity Baseball Team. They won the 2006 Athletes Edge Indoor Winter Baseball League by defeating the Lincoln-Sudbury Team. Teams from area towns of Acton-Boxboro, Concord-Carlisle, Lincoln-Sudbury, Westford and Weston all competed for the AE Indoor Winter Baseball Championship.
