| Before an athlete begins any training program, a member of our staff consults with the athlete, their parents and coach if appropriate, to determine the training program that best meets the fitness level of the athlete and the demands of the sports he or she plays.
Once a program is identified, each athlete undergoes a pre-program evaluation. This evaluation is designed to determine the performance level of the athlete as they begin the program and what they will need to do to maximize their athletic potential. The data is captured and entered into a database of over 100,000 other athletes who have participated in the program. The data is used by our coaches to evaluate and monitor the athletes’ development through the program and enables us to provide quantitative results metrics at the end of the program.
On average, athletes who have participated in at least 1 program have seen a decrease of 0.2 of a second in the 40-yard dash, and an increase in vertical leap of 4 inches. Many athletes have seen even more remarkable results. At the end of the program, another evaluation is done and the results are shared with the athlete.
Most training programs run for 6-9 weeks depending upon the type of program and the level. The athletes trains 2-3 days per week for 90 minutes each session. Younger athletes, 10-13 yrs old train in 60 minute sessions.
